About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at K3 Capital Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building relationships with small business owners. This role involves working from our comprehensive CRM system, providing guidance on company sale services, and offering advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating new business leads through outbound B2B calls and email marketing campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with small business owners to discuss business opportunities.
  • Utilizing our in-house CRM system to manage sales interactions and provide exceptional customer service.

Our Business Development Manager role comes with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus daily, weekly, and monthly incentives that include early finishes, prizes, and team nights. You will also have access to genuine opportunities for career progression within our fast-growing organization, as well as in-house learning, training, and ongoing development.
