Leasing Administrator

**What you'll be doing...**
Reporting to the Senior Leasing Director, you will assist the team in preparing proposals, reports and legal documentation; planning travel on behalf of the team; as well as providing wider ad-hoc administrative support to the department. Ensuring that there is effective implementation of property strategy across our Designer Outlet Centres, and that we maximise on core opportunities and revenue streams.
This is a highly operational role, requiring a conscientious and pro-active person who can help to support the team in keeping to tight deadlines and are provided with all relevant documentation required for their day to day role.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- You have experience of working in an office environment.
- You are comfortable with multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong IT skills: MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- You are comfortable with drafting terms and preparing legal documentation, in accordance with the brief and guidelines set.
**Please note, advanced excel knowledge is an essential requirement.**
