Lease Administrator Property

This is a **hybrid role** so you can work from home a couple of days per week, but you should be within easy reach of the office which is based in **West London**, just a stone's throw from Regent's Park.
So what's the gig?
You'll be working as part of an experienced and well-established **property management** team, who are overseeing a large portfolio of** commercial property** nationwide.
The role is divided between **lease administration** and managing the data they hold on their properties: including producing reports, updating systems, etc.
It's really important, therefore, that you have experience in maintaining systems/databases to hold highly accurate data.
Plus be confident to manipulate that data, e.g. analysing, auditing, reviewing, reporting... in order to deliver quality information to the wider business.
You should also have a background in property - knowledge of leases and lease management is going to be really helpful here.
Salary is **up to £30,000** depending on the skills and experience you're bringing to the role.
