**Description of Team / Department**:
.Customer service Centre

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
.To offer customer excellence. Answer customer calls promptly and in a professional manner. Ensuring you take ownership, offer our products and prices and secure and place order. Be a direct point of contact and offer aftercare and resolve any queries through investigation.

**Skills / Experience**:** High level of accuracy, self motivated, have adaptable skill set across orders, price and query resolution. Work to a high level of efficiency and accuracy.**
