Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the employment journey, ensuring fairness and compliance every step of the way? As a HR Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our HR operations, supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the smooth functioning of the workforce.

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Provide professional advice and support on employee relations matters, including investigations and attendance at hearings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of companywide training compliance.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and exit processes for staff.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Assist in the Performance Review and 1-2-1 process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and trend analysis.
- Provide administration and compliance support to the Health and Safety Manager.
- Assist the HR team in delivering outstanding service and undertake ad hoc projects as required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and ER.
- Experience in administration/HR roles with a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written ability and PC literacy.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation.
- Sensitivity and effectiveness in communication with diverse audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with a positive mindset.
- Full, clean driver's license and own transport.
