**Job Overview**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Utilizing company internal software to perform daily operations
- Being able to accurately match up information from documents to database
- Customer Feedback
- Filing claims with carriers
- Market Research
- Develop product knowledge to provide support as needed
**Qualifications**
- Must be a team player
- Establish goals and works toward achievement
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Maintain High level of accuracy, detail orientation and organization skills
- Be able to be flexible and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Maintain clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills - be able to not just analyze but also tell the story behind the numbers
- Must be available to start working right away
- Must speak and write FLUENT English
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in E-Commerce
- Previous Office environment experience
**Job Type**:Full-time

**Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.**
