**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide information about park attractions, activities, and safety guidelines.
- Assist customers in the admissions process, including ticket sales, waivers, and registration.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at the trampoline park.

2. Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
- Maintain accurate cash register balances and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of transaction receipts and reports.
- Monitor and replenish supplies at the front desk, including wristbands, grip socks, and promotional materials.

3. Check-in and Safety Procedures:

- Verify waivers and ensure all guests have completed the necessary paperwork.
- Follow check-in procedures to ensure a smooth and organized entry process.
- Explain safety guidelines, and age restrictions to guests.
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment by monitoring guest behaviour and addressing any safety concerns.
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure proper flow and timing for check-in procedures.

4. Customer Communication:

- Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding park activities, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Assist customers with any questions or special requests they may have.
- Communicate wait times, activity availability, and park capacity to manage guest expectations.
- Offer assistance to customers with special needs or accessibility requirements.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanour when interacting with customers.

5. Sales and Upselling:

- Promote additional services, such as add-ons, upgrades, or future bookings, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Upsell merchandise, and other retail items available at the trampoline park.
- Maintain a good knowledge of party packages, pricing, and offerings to effectively communicate options to guests.

6. General Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of customer information, waivers, and liability releases.
- Assist in managing customer reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper communication and coordination of front desk operations.
- Support other departments, such as party hosts and operational staff, as needed.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Additional Information**:
The role may involve working in other areas upon management or Duty Managers request during scheduled café shifts. Typically, you will be responsible for opening or closing the café and maintaining standards throughout your assigned shift.
