We’re looking for a** Housing Partner **to join our Housing Services team in **Camberley**.

**About the role and person**:

- Monday - Friday
- Permanent

Always motivated to achieve brilliant standards of service, our Housing Partners are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be a visible presence in your patch, ensuring the effective management and maintenance of tenancies. This involves working closely with the allocations and letting team to onboard new tenants, working with customers to set up payment plans if they fall into arrears, managing anti-social behaviour and resolving customer complaints effectively. You’ll develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and build strong community bonds to make moments that matter every day.

**What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Housing Partner?**
- Previous customer service experience, managing complex cases and working with vulnerable people ideally in a housing context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to deal positively with change.
- Ability to work under pressure and driven to go the extra mile to work through challenges to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy when handling customer data in line with GDPR.
- Flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel, you’ll have access to a vehicle for business use.

**Location**

We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage working from home, as long as we meet our customers’ needs.

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

**Salary**

The spot salary for this post is £38,477 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

You’ll also receive an additional £1,250 essential car user allowance.
