Join us as a **Marketplace Content Specialist **and you’ll be a big part of this.

**Key responsibilities**

In this role you will be responsible for the content structure of new products launched with our Marketplace proposition. You will be accountable for the analysis of customer insights, definition of customer requirements and coordination of data required to support new categories. A key role in driving our digital growth, your role will support our online customer’s purchasing decision and drive revenue.
- Accountable for developing category specific product data requirements based on customer insight analysis.
- Define attribute requirements for the Product Details Page to source unique, accurate and compelling product content.
- Design and copywrite rules to create impactful and informative product specifications.
- Management of product selling content published digitally for specific product categories.
- Deliver a consistent and cohesive experience for our customer, acknowledging customer decision and understanding the relationship and importance of product category differences.
- Review and prioritise workload within a collaborative team to ensure product launch deadlines are met.
- Drive key projects to develop process efficiencies to enable improvements to the Product Details Page.
- Support resolution of product content discrepancies and content improvement initiatives.
- Establish yourself as a content expert and be the first port of call for all technical and product content queries for your category areas.

- Thrive in fast-paced operational environment; able to able to prioritise workload and deliver in line with business priorities.
- Uncompromising commitment to quality and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and functions.
- The ability to seek feedback and use it to improve performance.
- Confident user of Excel and large data sets for planning and analysis
- A working knowledge of tools like Riversand (PIM) preferable (but not essential as full training will be provided)
