**Your new role**

***We’re excited to be looking for a new Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team where you’ll design, develop, deliver and evaluate effective solutions that support ABRI’s corporate and strategic objectives - and we need you

Our team are supportive, fun, cutting-edge in their thinking and always striving for excellence.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll be responsible for project streams within L&D and deliver coaching to colleagues and managers across the business where there’s a need. We are a LPI GOLD accredited team and so we hold ourselves to a high standard

We have two main offices that you can use as your base - Eastleigh or Yeovil. Whilst we do work from home some of the week, we do also like to regularly work from our local office, training venues, and a number of local community touchdown points.

Your role will be a nice blend of working from home, popping into the office, and travelling to Eastleigh, Yeovil or an external venue for the Management Development Programme and facilitating team days.
