**Administrator Support**
Risktec Solutions Ltd is an established, independent and specialist risk management consulting and training company. We operate in the major hazard industries and commercial and public sectors to manage health, safety, security, environmental (HSSE) and business risk.

Risktec based in South Queensferry (Edinburgh) has a team of Technical Engineers, Project Engineers and Managers who are supported by an administrative team within the office working on projects for the Oil & Gas, Distillery and Defence industries.

Our administration team requires additional administrative support to their team to undertake a variety of tasks in support of the office management, including: incoming / outgoing communications, ordering supplies, processing invoices, travel bookings and data entry. In addition to previous admin experience we are looking for someone with an ability to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the business as the workload can change on a daily basis.

**Experience**
- 2-3 years administration experience
- Experience of working with SAP would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Solid attention to detail, with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
- Prioritising workload, working towards tight deadlines, excellent time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
- Adaptable, strong work ethic and a good team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Hours**:Full and part time positions available (minimum 20 hours)

**Location**:EH30 9QZ

Risktec’s South Queensferry office has staff parking and easy access to rail and bus links.
