Building Systems UK, a Tata Steel Enterprise is an international business with decades of experience in the building envelope sector. We manufacture and distribute composite profiles, profiled steel cladding, structural deck and composite flooring along with all associated ancillary products, whilst supplying complementary services to our customers to support our products, Our products are utilised in many areas from agriculture to schools, offices, and industrial buildings to infrastructure such as power stations.

**What you will do**

The incumbent will provide direct technical and training support to all external site stakeholders throughout the UK alongside enhancing customer satisfaction and improving quality. The purpose of the role is to support and enhance specification and sales, whilst continually improving company processes and products.

Further responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage own safety whist attending sites across the UK both under construction and live
- Audit Platinum Plus sites for compliance with Specification and analyse and justify remedial action plans as a result
- Investigate and resolve site based and product complaints to the satisfaction of the customer whilst minimising the financial impact on the company
- Supervise the management and processing of all guarantees for P&P and Colorsteels
- Assist the External Site Services & Training Manager with the delivery of training courses for internal and external stakeholders to ensure full compliance with installation requirements and enhance product knowledge

**What you will need**

We'd also love to hear from you if you have:

- Prior knowledge of the Steel industry
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
- Ability to influence others and communicate effectively
- An understanding of construction/industrial building processes involving metals
