Customer Experience Executive

Join our team as a Customer Experience Executive, where you'll play a vital role in shaping outstanding customer interactions. No prior motor trade experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer satisfaction and exceptional organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance customer experiences through effective communication and swift issue resolution.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Utilize customer reviews and CSI data to drive continuous service improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to efficiently handle tasks and prioritize customer needs.
- Introducing yourself to all Sales Customers
- Ensuring all relevant Sales administration has been complete.
- Managing your own administrative workload
- Responsible for the Handover/Delivery of their Vehicle, ensuring everything is ready for them to drive away 100% satisfied with our service.
- Introducing Customers to our Service & Aftersales department
- Keeping in touch with Customers after Delivery
- One point of contact for all Sales Customers Qualifications:

- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and act upon customer feedback for ongoing enhancement.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday 8.30 am to 13.00 pm
- A competitive salary package of up to OTE £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
