Reporting to the Commercial Systems Manager, as Dynamics CRM Administrator you will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing the Galaxy Audience Platform, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, development and maintenance of the GLAM Dynamics system. This is a part-time role, 3 days per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

**As Dynamics CRM Administrator you will**:

- Carry out professional-level database administration (e.g. creating and maintaining a data dictionary, setting database security levels, ensuring optimal database functioning).
- Develop detailed system data dissemination policies and standards to maintain consistency across departments.
- Manage data migration from existing solutions, designing mechanisms for inter-database communication, and integrating with customer engagement touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively across Museum departments to ensure optimal utilisation of Dynamics and active engagement in the Dynamics program.
- Serve as the primary GLAM customer liaison for the Dynamics system, responsible for troubleshooting, escalation, training sessions, and creating and maintaining system user manuals.

You must possess significant and demonstrable work experience in database management and design. Essential criteria include functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with customisations, experience with data analysis, and the ability to both read and produce procedural and technical documentation. Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Further information on this role can be found in the job description.
