**We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Surety and Guarantee team in our **Canary Wharf office**

**The role**:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing bonds which includes requesting progress on existing bonds and overdue release certification.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain existing Client facilities to ensure their details are up to date i.e change of company names and addresses
- Chase, monitor collection of premiums
- Maintain broker records including monitoring of FCA and commission status
- Create payments if required and ensure our systems are up to date with the status of overdue bonds.
- Prepare schedules, reports, monthly statistics, other facility documentation and correspondence.
- Destruction of expired bond files including checks to ensure documents are saved to Docuware
- Log new business enquiries with the underwriters
- You will be involved in extensive client liaison and customer service both written and over the telephone, therefore you will

need to be professional and confident in your communication.

**What you will bring**:
Possess good IT skills including MS Office, in particular Word & Excel.

Friendly & professional manner when dealing with clients & brokers.

Numerate & analytical.

Be an approachable team player
