Our European team has seen a period of rapid growth since its inception three years ago, and we currently have over 70 live vacancies. The team has doubled revenue year on year and is looking to do the same again in '22-'23.

The record monthly commission earnt by a team member was £23,000, and we are looking for a driven individual who's excited by that kind of earning potential. We're also a huge fan of incentives, paying out over £80,000 last year, and our quarterly holiday voucher alone has rewards of up to £12,000 per consultant.

If you are interested in joining a company that is motivated by growth then this role could be for you, 80% of Client Server's Team Leads have progressed through the business, and we are looking to specialise in different areas of European Technology as we scale, so there is real potential to lead a significant part of the team in a short space of time.

We also have the opportunity for someone to take responsibility for several high-profile accounts, with more than 70 live roles there's plenty to go around, and when the time is right travelling across Europe to grow relationships is actively encouraged. One of our consultants recently spent the week in Vienna meeting our clients, and within two weeks has garnered seven offers from those companies

**What you'll receive**:

**What we are looking for**:
You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue from clients based in Europe
You have experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
You have the ability to negotiate new business
You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
You have an interest and versatility in working across different markets and different locations.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices on Cheapside, London. You'll join a friendly and relaxed yet professional atmosphere alongside consultants who genuinely love what they do.
