**What you’ll be doing**:

- Liaise with the Digital Content Team and other SJP House Admins across the business to establish content that needs to be QA’d & timescales associated with this.
- Support with logistics and tasks associated with Virtual Reality Hardware & Software.
- Support with tasks associated with Digital Programme delivery such as testing, QA & enrolments.
- Maintenance of SJP House.
- Raise relevant tickets with third party developers as and when issues are reported and monitor these tickets through to completion.
- Testing of fixes, change requests and functionality improvements.
- Uploading & building of content within SJP House as and when required.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Able to pick up systems/processes quickly and determine most efficient ways of working.
- Customer service preferred.
- Understanding of the SJP business and an interest in technology/digital.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail, even when tasks are repetitive.
- Logical approach to tasks.
- Able to work as part of a team.

**Special Requirements**:

- May be required to work out of hours from time to time but this is extremely rare.
- May be required to travel to different locations in the UK, the L&D team also have a studio in London where meetings are often held.
- Work from home will be limited as we are looking for someone to be based in the office.
