**About the Role**:
Our Head of Programme is responsible for the successful delivery of the projects and processes that will enable our healthcare community to use the IBD Registry to deliver improvements in outcomes for people with inflammatory bowel disease.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation working with hospitals all across the UK, helping clinical staff and patients directly, all leading to improving patient care and enabling research.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone with programme (or significant projects) management and delivery experience. You will have great people skills, be digitally knowledegable, and enjoy the satisfaction of using your skills across our specialist teams to deliver complex projects. Your most important attributes will be your readiness and ability to learn, your ‘can do’ mindset coupled with a rigour of thinking and attention to details.

Above all, you need to believe in our mission and want to join us to make a difference for people with IBD.

**Salary and other details**:
This is a permanent role for 5 days/week and offering a salary between **£40,000 and** **£45,000 FTE** depending on relevant skills and experience. The role could also be worked part time, as 30 hours/week (over 4 -5 days)

We hold two interviews close together, both by Teams call. The second interview will be based around a relevant task (that you will do before the interview), to allow you to demonstrate your ability in relevant key areas. This also aligns with how we work, which is focused on end results.
