We are looking for Pension's Administrators to join our rapidly expanding Bulk Purchase Annuity administration team. We want you to help us deliver the very best service to our customers and pension scheme trustees.
**A bit about the job**:
This role will involve calculating technical and personalised pension quotations for our customers, which help them to make the important decisions about their retirement options. Our fantastic team of pension administrators are transforming our customer's experiences, through their dedication and passion to improve every interaction we have with them. Our product can be technical - there is a lot to learn but don't worry, you'll receive a healthy mixture of classroom based and on the job training and support to help our customers. You'll be joining a team of highly engaged and passionate people, supported by amazing leaders and a vibrant culture.
**Skills and experience we're looking for**:
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to follow processes and procedures, to manage your own workload effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in pensions administration or the financial services environment would be advantageous, however what's essential is the mental agility and desire to learn our processes.

- Starting **salary **between **£23,900 and £27,300 **(depending on hours, location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
