Corporate Debt Assistant

Overview:
The Finance and Assurance Division within the Resources Services Directorate are seeking a Corporate Debt Assistant to work as part of a team to deliver an efficient, effective and comprehensive income and debt recovery function, as well as carrying out tasks required regarding invoicing and other associated tasks regarding corporate accounts payable. The post holder will deal promptly and efficiently with internal and external customers, their financial representatives, other persons and/or organisations and accurately record all information received.
About you:
- GCSE level education A-C in English & Maths, or equivalent work experience.
- An understanding of debt management and recovery procedures.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Have one year of office-based work experience. Full training will be provided.
- Able to be punctual and commit to a 9-5 routine as you will be dealing with the public via telephone.
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to work from home a few days a week is also essential.
