Business Support Officer

Overview:
The Personal Assistant - Buisiness Support Officer provides key communication links between the Corporate Directors, staff, elected members and key stakeholders including partner organisations, central & local government. Whilst the post holder will be formally line managed by the Business Support Team Leader, each Director/Head of Service will allocate and direct job roles and responsibilities according to their remits.
About you:
- Excellent minute taking skills (the ability to accurately minute large complex partnership meetings and actions)
- Diary management experience
- Experience in researching and drafting of documents and reports
- Ordering/invoice processing experience
- Formatting reports and presentations skills
- Complaint management experience
- The ability to provide practical support to enable senior managers to function effectively
- The ability to act as an ambassador for the Senior Management Team with regards to communicating with internal and external stakeholders
