**Salary**: £23,928 - £25,631 (Full time equivalent)
- Interviews scheduled for 26th and 29th April 2024._

**Job Description and person specification**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Create engaging content and ‘story telling’ across all forms of digital marketing.
- Updating and maintaining the website with new events, news, and all other content.
- Writing and distributing press releases as required. Building and maintaining relationships with relevant marketing sources.
- Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
- Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, and all other relevant data
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Attendance at key events to manage social media presence.
- Develop PPC marketing and lead relationship with any marketing partners.
- **General Responsibilities**:_
- Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of the charity.
- Provide a positive and engaging first contact with the charity and ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Be aware of and follow all 21 Together policies and procedures, including safeguarding. Complete all mandatory training.
- **To undertake any other duties as may be requested by 21 Together, any member of the Senior Management Team or the Board of Trustees, broadly consistent with the job description and level of the post.**_

**Disclosure and Barring Service Check**:
A Standard DBS Check is needed for this role - this will be carried out by 21 Together before an appointment.
