**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Admin Coordinator (Client Services) within our print production facility based in Aylesbury. The role requires you to demonstrate a good level of experience working within a production environment - ideallyPrint, but knowledge of production processes would be beneficial. We are looking for someone with real ability to join this vibrant team.

Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

- Receiving and understanding client briefs and enquiries.
- Briefing other departments & articulating the client’s requirements.
- Acting as single point of contact for client projects and jobs internally with our production facility, other departments and key client contacts.
- Effectively managing client satisfaction and issues to full and effective resolution. Including, management of key support areas across the business.
- Attending meetings to review contractual service levels and explore opportunities with clients regarding value-add activities.

Primary customer contact points are typically client stakeholders, commercial people within companies, and print service owners who expect and require their client service team to understand their business, industry and challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- You will deliver excellent service to key clients utilising specific CDS systems, services, and resources.
- You will support Print, Outbound Communications, Transactional Print, Print Management and other service teams when required.
- You will be encouraged to work within the team environment and to stretch yourself. We will provide a solid support structure, regular training, and collaboration with colleagues in a high-performing team.
- You will typically partner and collaborate effectively with the broader Aylesbury teams to manage conflicting interests and deadlines; balancing high volume, lower value transaction business that is fundamental key strategic revenue for Aylesbury CDS.
- You will provide high levels of service support internally to the Account Management group, the Aylesbury team and externally, to clients and suppliers utilising all resources available in an effective and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Print, Print Management, Outbound Communications, Transactional Print would be beneficial.
- A self-starter able to set and manage goals.
- Passionate for knowledge. This is a fast paced, constantly evolving, consumer driven/ technology driven market.
- A strong, honest communicator who possesses excellent verbal, listening and written skills.
- A strong organiser and super effective with time management, skill sets and resources.
- Excellent with Microsoft - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong with data - an ability to work with data and interpret results with good attention to detail.
- Able to think quickly and make decision within mínimal referral/ guidance.
- Experience working with high profile clients would be beneficial.
- Eager to build relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues alike.
