**Very competitive hourly rates, starting at £13.30 weekday, £13.82 per hour weekend rate Moving onto our Long Server Rate after 2 mths employment £13.82 weekday -£14.35 weekend Rate**

**Mileage paid at 45 p per mile.**

**Paid training and CRB- with progression to NVQS, Phone Allowance Available**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a community setting
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and document individuals' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with medication schedules
- Assist with transportation to appointments and community outings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
