**Human Resources ( HR ) 12 Month FTC**
**Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year**
One of the UK and Europe’s leading manufacturers of design-engineered parts and components have an exciting opportunity for an interim HR professional. People are the core of everything they do, and as such, they focus on recruiting and developing people with the right attitude, flexibility and energy.
This interim HR role will involve undertaking a variety of duties including, but not limited to, the following:
- Evolution and digitalisation of HR processes where appropriate.
- Action colleague queries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Provide support to colleagues regarding HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain electronic HR files to a high standard and accuracy.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Improve the absence process in accordance with policies and procedures through digitalisation.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of, and adherence to, confidentiality
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and specifically Excel
- Experience of using a HR data management system
- Experience of handling HR data and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to multitask efficiently
- Professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role is a 12 month temporary contract suitable for someone looking to expand their knowledge and experience of HR within a digital platform.
