_Are you a proactive 'can do’ person with fantastic attention to detail and data input accuracy? We have a great opportunity for a HR assistant to join our HR team_

Using your experience of providing professional and transactional people support, you'll play a key part in the HR Team, providing critical administration to ensure the smooth running of all company payrolls.

Your main responsibilities:

- Working with the HR Operations team to provide professional, efficient and friendly support to all colleagues
- Compile, check and process payroll data provided to ensure accuracy in payments and deductions
- Prioritise and action all tasks in line with payroll cycle deadlines
- Complete all people compliance checksincluding setting up new starters, processing leavers, changes, and exceptions through our HRIS and payroll system
- Resolve colleague queries generated via payroll
- Ensuring all data is maintained within our systems

About You
- Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
- Strong written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess strong analytical skills
- A proactive, can-do person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture
- Excellent attention to detail whilst multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels across the business
- Driven to continuously improve ways of working
- Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently without continuous supervision
