**Position: Team Leader.**

**Salary: £14.50 per hour.**

**Hours of work: 8.30am-4.30pm. Alternative weekends working is required.**

**Location: Oakfield Easton Maudit, NN29 7NR and Oakfield Yardley Hastings NN7 1EL.**

**Responsibilities**:
To:

- Plan, arrange and lead on the circle of support meetings/ensure actions are completed.
- Plan, arrange and lead the Being heard meetings.
- Care Plans - up-date as required/ensure that all reviews are completed within the required timeframe.
- Medication - ordering, managing stock, returns, medication profiles and ensure that all required paperwork remains up-to-date and current.
- Check compliance paperwork throughout the day.
- Support the Assistant Manager to cover the rota.
- Cover on-call during annual leave for the RM/AM.
- Complete staff spot checks/staff discussions with shift leaders and support workers. Linking with Assistant Manager for staff supervisions.
- Spot check daily notes.
- Complete staff allocation sheets.
- Daily spot checks on the flats/rooms as well as the communal areas.
- Ensure that all medical matters/accident incidents are completed and recorded.
- Observe and monitor staff professional practice throughout the shift.
- Ensure that all monies balance at the end of the shift.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of equal opportunities and other people’s behavioural, physical, social and welfare needs.
- Ensure that reasonable care is always taken for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with the legislation, policies and procedures relating to health and safety, staff training and supervision within the organisation.
- Carry out any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this job description and which are commensurate with the skills level of the post.

Satisfactory clearance of an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate.

Literate and numerate, having attained a good level of education.
