Customer Services Outbound no Sales X 2 Weekends

Our corporate client who are based in Solihull are seeking to recruit on temp to perm for 2 outbound Customer Services Execs for WEEKENDS ONLY

**Working Saturday 9am
- 5pm**

**Sunday 9am-2pm each week so 12.5 hours per week**

They will be providing full training which will be based in the office then the role will be **hybrid **so working from home once trained.

The duties will be to contact contacting people who have requested immigration law representation.

The contacts will be expecting a call and will be very responsive to pass over the information required.

All calls will be logged and you will enter the details entered onto the CRM system.

You will working to KPIs to ensure that you are making the calls

The role will start in January paying £10.42 per hour or NMW

if you have outbound call experience and can start on a temp to perm basis and commit to working weekends this could be the role for you.
