**Position Summary**

The (ISC)² Event team offers year-round learning for cybersecurity professionals and is seeking an intelligent and experienced Exhibition & Sponsorship Specialist. The main purpose of this role is the management, planning and execution of (ISC)2 exhibitions and sponsorships, incorporating project management, operational planning, logistics and liaison with internal and external departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Operational management_
- Management of Floorplan, working with the floorplan provider. Partner with floorplan provider, to ensure timely knowledge of system enhancements, resolve development queries, and customize reporting as needed
- Planning, management and build of feature areas (eg lounges, show-floor theaters, etc)
- Crisis planning, health & safety and security
- Produce risk assessments
- Preparation of onsite resourcing plan and event schedule.
- Provide post-event exhibitiondata-analysis and participate in debrief and reflection meetings, to ensure continuous improvement and future enhancements across the events
- Traveling to each event, where necessary, for onsite event delivery.
- Project management_
- Project managing all exhibition and sponsorship related elements of an event, including standard event planning, and liaising with internal teams, to ensure end-to-end cover for each event, and across multiple events.
- Developing project plans and critical paths for each event, with clear financial and operational milestones highlighted.
- Sponsorship implementation_
- Provide input into development of sponsorship packages, from creativity perspective as well as financial.
- Ensuring the agreed exhibition items with the Sponsor as negotiated with (ISC)2 Sales team are implemented prior to and on site and that the agreed terms and conditions for both parties are adhered to.
- Developing processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sponsorship implementation
- Contract management_
- Ownership of specific suppliers and contracts as the ‘business owner’
- Authoring the business schedules, working with legal to develop the complete contract
- Preparation of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate agreement and obtain signature within set tolerances and deadlines
- Supplier management_
- Management of suppliers, including but not limited to, venue facilities, security and access, AV & technical, transportation, signage, design and build of specific areas.
- Financial management_
- P&L budget management including management of tenders, quotes, and invoice payment.
- Regular reporting on all budget forecasts and actuals
- Quality & standards_
- To work in-line with the processes and procedures set by (ISC)2 for all events globally, maintaining the standards of high quality
- Reporting_
- Weekly reporting of key issues /milestones (project, operational and financial) to the Senior Event Operations Manager.
- Resource management_
- The management of temporary / seasonal staff as required.
- General Project Assistance:_
- The Events Department is extremely busy constantly working to tight deadlines and embarking on new projects. Under the direction of the Senior Event Operations Manager and the Director, Events this person will be required to provide additional assistance on other project components as required within the team.
- Take direction from, and work in collaboration with, marketing and creative teams to support changes required for (ISC)2 Security Congress website to include exhibit pages and other ad hoc pages as necessary.
- Demonstrates commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- University degree preferred but will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 4 (four) years of experience in an operational role working on Exhibitions (Trade Shows)
- Advanced computer skills with ability to learn and use new programs/technology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, customers, vendors across international boundaries.
