We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant for our Client based in Grange Over sands

This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week. The role is to support the Branch Manager in delivering Branch goals and sales targets through generating leads for new business, promoting high standards of customer service, creating a real culture ofhigh performance and involvement in the local community

To communicate in clear, effective simple language to ensure effective communication is maintained with customers and team.

To deepen customer relationships by providing products and services to customers that meet their current and future needs.

To maintain a focus on supporting the Society brand, to demonstrate the Society values and behaviours at all times and lead by example.

To maintain a thorough working knowledge of Society controls, regulatory requirements and codes of practice within the Branch.

To adhere to all branch operational procedures and ensure cash handling procedures are correctly followed at all times

To identify customer complaints and promptly forward the information to the relevant Complaint Handler
