Matching staff solutions is hiring **Administration/Clerical role** in **Barry**. We are looking for experienced Administrator to join the team for temporary basis. For more information, please get in touch with us.
**“Contract starts from 11/09/2023 until 05/01/2024.”**
- Updating records - e.g., after installation, changes, or cancellation of service.
- Dealing with stock - e.g., returning to store after cleaning or sending to be scrapped, updating systems.
- Making phone calls to customers and cleansing data on systems.
- Sending follow up letters related to enquiries, Scanning, carrying out other relevant tasks to support the Telecare team.
- Demonstrable office experience using administrative office systems and practises.
- Microsoft Excel being a strong point.
- Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan, and prioritise work.
- Manage different tasks at a same time.
**Shift Time: -**
- Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05.00pm
