To keep up to date with developments in psychology, and psychological therapies in order to maintain the highest possible standard of skills and knowledge. To help run support groups for ASD clients as required To participate in service development programmes within the team.

To have organisational knowledge relating to Trust protocols and procedures and adhere to them.
