**Salary**: Circa £26,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Day to day management of all Talent & Learning purchase order administration
- Stakeholder & Supplier internal and external communication
- Purchase invoice processing ensuring correct coding of invoices and compliance with purchase orders
- Receipting of supplier invoices
- Analyse, collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce reports and business update summaries
- Provide Coaching and educational support to both team and business units as required in this process area
- Interact with customers and other finance professionals to exchange information in order to clarify a situation

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Prior finance administration experience with detailed knowledge of purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices
- Experience of adhering to strict procedures and processes
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
