We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a world-renowned manufacturing company based in Cornwall. Overseeing 2 sites in the area you will be act as a key member of the management team and a true business partner.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide expertise and support to the business functions, departments, Managers and employees on learning and development projects, closely collaborating with all teams across the business, delivering a broad range of professional learning initiatives whileensuring continuous improvement
- Supporting the HR Manager with the implementation of global and regional HR Projects & initiatives
- Supporting the training and development initiatives, facilitating training plans
- Attending performance management, absence meetings
- Advise managers on terms and conditions of employment
- Provide advice, guidance and support to key stakeholders on aspects of Learning & Development
- Oversee and support the apprenticeship program, supporting engagement activities
- Supports the maintenance of data/ reviewing and ensuring understanding of metrics and taking appropriate action for the achievement of these
- Utilises the EOS within their respective functions for compliance with agreed quality standards and achievement of agreed metrics
- Supports the communicating to the organisation the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements
- Proactively supporting their respective teams to ensure quality objectives are met
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience with manufacturing
- Exposed to a wide range of HR and legislative matters
- Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders
- A 'can do' attitude
- Credibility necessary to relate to employees at all levels
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- The ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
- Communication and experience of dealing with Employee relations issues (Unions is highly desirable)
Benefits Package:
