**(12 month contract - maternity cover)**
If you are an experienced HR administrator Diaverum is a great place to work.
This role will ensure the accurate, effective and timely administration of HR Polices and Procedures. It’s a busy day and the demands of the role are wide and varied. We support the clinics with effective processing of all things people from onboarding to peoplemanagement.
**HR Administrator Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure Policy and Procedure is maintained
- Resolve issues in good time
- First point of contact regarding day to day HR queries, escalating where appropriate
- Proactive 'how to’ advice regarding established HR process and procedure
- Administration Employee lifecycle instructions via appropriate Company forms
- Ensure appropriate authority prior to further action
- Review and verify source documents
- Data entry of HR data using appropriate software
- Process new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
- Right to Work checks and Visa processing
- Posting of jobs advert
- Drafting offer letters and contracts for new starters

**Location**: The role at the Head Office in St Albans, located in the City Centre a short walk from the mainline train station. Parking is available on site.
Please note that whilst the role is based in St Albans, attendance in the office is 2 days per week and 3 days at home. Please note that initial training may require a higher ratio of days in the office.
**Contract Type**: Fixed Term Contract
**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 hrs p/w Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
**Salary**: £26,000 per annum plus 15% potential bonus

**Benefits**: 27 days holiday increasing to 30 with service, pension and life cover.
