Established in 2006, our client has fast become one of London’s leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. In the last 3 years, they’ve experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning the entire South Eastof England. Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking to recruit a strong Administrator to join them as a **Payroll Processor.**

**£28k Basic Salary (negotiable DOE)** | Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Full Time | Ongar, Essex | 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays | Pension Contribution | A Fun, Lively & Fast Paced Environment | Payroll Processing/Time Sheets/Engineers/Administration
Our client are a Drainage Service company, operating predominantly in London and the Home Counties. If you have strong experience as an Administration Assistant (or in Payroll), looking to work with in a fun and fast-paced environment, with a lively culture,look no further A driving license is essential for this role due to remote location.
**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:
- Day to day processing of timesheets
- Checking and amending timesheets against system information
- Following up with Engineers to ensure timely, accurate processing of timesheets
- Liaising with external payroll provider to ensure payroll is run smoothly
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Collating information for Accountants to finalise Payroll (75-80 staff)
- Managing payroll information of salary, overtime, bonuses, new starters/leavers, pensions, absence, holiday etc.
**Person Specification**:
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Excellent administration skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- An analytical approach to processing timesheet
- Confidence when dealing with colleagues
- Team Player
- Excellent understanding of Excel
- 2 years’ experience in accounts, administration or payroll strongly preferred
- Experience with Big Change job management system beneficial
- A driver with access to own vehicle (due to remote location)
