As a Social Media Project Planner, you will own the production & delivery of various exciting projects, steering them from conception to delivery through our talented in-house Content Creators and Motion Design team.

Your role will be to ensure that each project is delivered to brief, on brand, and on time, with all necessary approvals in place. You will collaborate closely with our Organic and Paid Social Media teams, Product Category teams, and Legal teams to ensure every milestone is achieved for a timely delivery.

The role sits within the Studio 368 Workflow team however your focus will be dedicated to the production of social media assets within the Brand communications team, contributing to overarching campaign activity and always on content.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Resource and workload planning, ensuring briefs are received on time with sufficient production and approval time, as well as ensuring we have resource to cover all outputs for up-and-coming campaign activity, always on content and reactive requests.
- Arrange, facilitate, and document Organic social media weekly cadence meetings and creative ideation sessions throughout the year.
- Using Workfront to brief activity into the Content Creators and Motion designers, ensuring all information is present and accurate.
- Orchestrating daily production meetings to maintain momentum and progress and conducting weekly stakeholder meetings for alignment between Organic and Paid teams.
- Create and maintain all social workflow documentation, including project critical paths, asset decks and weekly focus reports for the team.
- Management of internal stakeholders to deliver results efficiently, collating feedback from all teams and effectively briefing amends to studio teams for correct output against the agreed critical path.
- Maintain and grow relationships with internal Social Media Teams & external agency partners.
- Ensure all social deliverables have full approval before sharing with the relevant teams for delivery.
- Supporting the Workflow Manager on process improvements to drive efficiencies in Ways of Working.
- Escalation of potential high-risk issues to Workflow Manager.
- Exploring the effectiveness of data we hold within Workfront & how we use this to influence workflow improvements.
