We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level **Digital Media Executive** to join our growing team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of **Digital Media channels**, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic**.

**How you’ll make an impact**:
You will come in and hit the ground running (with support from your senior team members and managers) - working closely with your team and Account Manager to implement and execute agreed Digital Media strategy across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Basic media owner contact
- Scrutinizing all client and media owner outputs
- Highlight invoice queries and raise to line manager
- Ensure all bookings are on the system (DDS) in a timely manner
- Spot matching and schedules
- Optimising online media campaigns, using data to inform decisions.
- Working on paid social, paid search and programmatic campaigns (eg. Facebook; Twitter & Instagram, PPC and Doubleclick)
- Client introductions and basic communication
- Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
- Basic planning and administration (use of DDS/AdDynamix/Echo/RAPS/bespoke digital systems)
- Check insertions against media schedules and update
- Assisting planners with assimilation of client data for analysis purposes
- Assisting planners with response analysis and optimisation
- Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions.

- Great attention to detail
- you will be working on high profile campaigns for our clients.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and programs
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
- A passion for the media industry and digital marketing
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong team player but should also work independently
- Quick learner, who loves a challenge
