We're looking for an Administrator to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich
**Location**: Norwich, agile working available (to be in the office at least one day per week)
**Contract**: Permanent, full time
**What will you be responsible for?**
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them by providing administration support to the main Norwich depot and also to the Whitlingham treatment works.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the payroll timesheet process for two contracts in the east and south, by manually entering and checking data such as enhanced hours, bonus payments, overtime and holiday pay. Submitting final consolidation reports to enable payment, including sub-contractor payments
- Producing weekly/ monthly reports to the Area Managers and updating databases to monitor performance and to ensure future workloads are scheduled correctly
- Keeping records of Health & Safety, holiday/ sickness recording and filing data
- Providing general admin support to managers

- Experience within a similar role, working to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and attention to detail/ communication skills
