In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the initial and ongoing competence of financial advisers, assisting in the design, delivery and recording of training programs, and providing development and coaching support. With yourstrong commercial acumen and client-focused approach, you will help drive the business to greater heights while developing your own skills and knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include analysing MI to identify ndividual and group training needs, delivering tailored coaching to advisers, conducting one to one meetings, and reporting any emerging risks. Your excellent IT skills, attention to detail andwillingness to travel within the UK, along with your full UK driving license, will be essential in fulfilling this role.

We are looking for individuals with a Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, experience of working in a regulated financial services environment, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. If you have experience in the design and deliveryof training programs, construction of financial planning advice and face-to-face client relationships, this is the perfect role for you.
