About the role***

Our teams work in an Agile environment, and you will be welcomed into one of four Scrum teams with two

week sprints and variations of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps,

QA/Testing, Support, DBAs, Site Reliability Engineers, participating in the redevelopment of our customer facing

products.

This role will have a base location of Bath however the majority of the time you'll be fine to work remotely,

unless of course you prefer to work from the office, with occasional requirements to be in the office such as

team meetings, offsites, planning days etc.

Key Responsibilities 

You will contribute to the shaping and implementation of best practice. 

You will work on prioritised User Stories with the Dev Lead and Product Owner. 

Primarily, you will be configuring Salesforce working with Stakeholders and SME’s across the business.
There will also be future requirements to configure other enterprise level third party systems such as

telephony and workflow products.

You are a talented Salesforce configurator/admin who can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary

team. You take ownership and responsibility and take pride in doing a good job You have a passion for

technology and a strong desire to be constantly learning and developing.

You will have: 

Demonstrable experience in the development/configuration with Salesforce. 

Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging,

Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies.
