The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long term relationships with clients, overseeing the service deliverables, and seeking opportunities for organic growth.

**Description**

**Key responsibility's as a Customer Service Coordinator will include**:

- To understand the Client's needs, nurturing relationships to attain strong positions with key client stakeholders in order to influence higher level decision makers
- To proactively maintain regular contact points with all clients, regardless of if there is a known issue, and act as a conduit between the client and the Service & Maintenance function of the company
- To set an example of strategic direction and leadership to internal team members across the business, delivering high quality product sales and services and ensuring that performance standards and targets are met.
- To effectively and professionally resolve any issues affecting the client and the provision of our service, working with internal and external stakeholders to provide cost effective and efficient solutions
- To identify opportunities for upselling to existing clients, co-ordinating the provision of value-added products and services to develop accounts.
- To effectively manage and control budgets and targets for the sale of services delivered by the business

**Profile**
- Ideally experience from a Logistics background
- A strong track record in the management and development of Client Accounts, demonstrating the ability to upsell and increase revenue, ideally in a sports, retail or leisure industry.
- Experience of building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and peers at all levels, including stakeholders.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change and evolution.
