Staff Coordinator

The job of the Staff Coordinator is a **permanent full time position (40 hours per week).**
**Responsibilities**:
- Organising and management of cleaning team rotas
- Recruitment of new employees for all areas of the business, including creating job posts and telephone interviewing
- Creation of draft invoices for clients
- Arranging cover for sickness/Annual Leave/Other absences for the cleaning team
- 6-monthly client feedback calls
- Out-of-hours on-call support for the cleaning team
- Ad
- hoc receptionist support when required
- Creation of monthly report for recruitment and cleaning operation
- Any other duties as allocated by the Office Manager and Managing Director

We are a family business specialising in the provision of maintenance, security and cleaning services, to name a few. We currently employ 90+ members of staff and are continuously expanding. Our clients include NHS, property management agencies, local authorities, media groups and other prestigious commercial clients.
