The conferences and events team help to provide coordination and support to all business areas of the Bank. As a planner, you will take responsibility and be a key part of the team on some of the Bank’s most high profile and important events, along with supporting colleagues on large flagship projects.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Organising an event from concept to completion (some virtual)
- Overseeing budget management and approval, invoice management & reconciliation
- Managing website builds, invitation & registration process, attendee tracking, reporting
- Searching for venues, Audio Visual & production, Internal and external speaker management
- Liaising with the business, key internal stakeholders
- Full on-site event management - venue, suppliers, attendees, and staff

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience managing conferences and events as both sole lead & in support roles
- Knowledge and experience of virtual conferences, virtual suppliers/platforms
- Competent with conference registration systems, website building & content
- Preferably experience working in Banking/large corporate
- Motivated, reliable, a team player with a “can do/hands on” attitude
