We have a rare opportunity for a Band 8a Clinical Lead to join our Community PCN Mental Health service. The service is still in early stages of development, and will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to work as part of the leadership team to continue to develop the service.

Our adult team includes Peer Support Workers with lived experience of mental health services, supported by our Community Development workers who are experienced clinicians from a range of backgrounds. The team is already demonstrating a huge difference to the people they work with, using creative and flexible approaches.

Our childrens team is made up of Childrens Psychological practitioners. Their role is to support young people at the earliest opportunity to support with emotional wellbeing and positive mental health. We are looking for a strong, consistent and compassionate leader to support and develop the team as it moves from strength to strength. In return the successful applicant will receive a high level of support from the senior leadership team and peer support from the team of Clinical Leads.
