Our adult team includes Peer Support Workers with lived experience of mental health services, supported by our Community Development workers who are experienced clinicians from a range of backgrounds.
Our childrens team is made up of Childrens Psychological practitioners.
Their role is to support young people at the earliest opportunity to support with emotional wellbeing and positive mental health.
We are looking for a strong, consistent and compassionate leader to support and develop the team as it moves from strength to strength.
In return the successful applicant will receive a high level of support from the senior leadership team and peer support from the team of Clinical Leads.
