Spartan Crew are an award winning international crewing company who supply crew to the events industry. We have been operating for 7 years and pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, enthusiasm and diligence. Our company mantra is Born Ready, so we know that striving for excellence cannot be done without great staff.
We want to add a dynamic, confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to support the day-to-day operations of our company and perform general administrative tasks. This role will report to the Operations Manager.
**This role involves**:
- Diary management
- Onboarding new crewmembers
- Carrying out Right to Work Checks
- Filing digital documents
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- Organising shifts for casual workers
- Handling with client requests
- Providing general admin support to all other departments
- Be experienced in the Live Events Industry
- Have good copywriting, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic and have a vibrant attitude
- Be proactive, a fast learner, show initiative and unafraid to express new ideas
- Be flexible in working hours at times in the office and onsite
- Be able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Be proficient in Google Workplace, Word and Excel
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
