A leading asset finance business based in the heart of Liverpool. For over 25 years they have been a leading light in their sector working with over 1000 commercial clients providing access to finance for their customer base. Due to expansion, we are lookingfor a proven and experienced Complaints Coordinator initially on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

**The Opportunity**

The focus of this role will be to support the team of Complaints Handlers with the assessment of finance and commission claims and the responsibility of extracting information from these claims and packaging information together. This is a role that requireshigh attention to detail and you must be self-motivated. You will work with DSAR complaints and any experience in this area would be highly advantageous

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for the logging and investigation of all new complaints ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the complaints process to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Complaints and Quality Assurance Officer and Team Manager to ensure a seamless complaints process is delivered.
- Liaise with clients, customers, field staff and third parties to resolve complaints

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience working in a complaints environment is highly advantageous
- Experience of working with DSAR complaints would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong investigation skills
- You must live in commutable distance of central Liverpool

**What this role can offer you**
- **Salary** - this role has a basic salary of **£23,000**:

- Immediate start date
- **Hybrid Working** - currently my client has a hybrid working model with 2 days WFH and 3 days based at their office in central Liverpool
