An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Controller to join Airbus Defence & Space within our Cyber Security division in Newport, South Wales.
Working with the Project Manager, you will provide essential project office support to this exciting Project carried out by our Cyber Security Specialists.
**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Ensure project control best practice through ERP System (SAP), MS Project and associated PM tools for all aspects of project activity
- Facilitate monitoring of Project Costs and Financial Planning and Tracking
- Project planning, organising, controlling and reporting on assigned deliverables
- Develop WBS to generate and maintain Project plans, work packages and schedules
- Advise senior Programme / Project Management of deviations to plan regarding programme, finance and resource status
- Act as the business conscience of the project to ensure values and behaviours are in line with Company expectations
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Firm understanding of work package management and work package control
- Familiar at working in collaboration with teams to pull together data and information into a cohesive report for management
