Owen Payne Care Services are actively seeking a **Clinical Lead **on behalf of a prestigious national health care provider.
This **straight to permanent position** is based within a nursing home setting, close to the Tipton area.
The role of **Clinical Lead** would suit a nursing professional with management experience and offers excellent career progression opportunities

- Be a qualified nurse **(RGN/RMN) - **essential
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have previous experience managing a team
- Possess knowledge and experience of CQC compliance
- Have excellent clinical skills
- Be professional and compassionate
**Main Duties**:
- Ensuring the well-being of residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
- Essential nursing tasks and duties including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterization and management of chronic medical conditions
- Promoting service users independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and strive for continuous improvement
- Communicating and liaising with other professionals involved in the well-being and care of residents
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
